Design Guidelines
- Ensure your model is watertight (no holes or gaps in the mesh)
- Minimum wall thickness: 1mm for structural integrity
- Recommended polygon count: below 1 million for optimal processing
- Consider printing orientation to minimize support structures
- For detailed parts, ensure minimum feature size of 0.5mm
- Vector files (.DXF) should have clean paths without overlapping lines
- For detailed designs, keep minimum line spacing of 0.3mm
- Text should be at least 2mm tall for legibility
- Convert text to outlines/paths before uploading
- Raster images should be minimum 300dpi for optimal results
- Name your files descriptively for easier identification
- For multiple parts, consider uploading as separate files
- Include dimensions or scale reference when necessary
- Check for non-manifold edges before uploading
- Consider color requirements in your design notes
